Via video or phone — whichever you prefer. Each one focused, structured, and built around what matters most to you that week.

Nothing complicated. Practical stuff that works — action sheets, reflection prompts, structure guides you'll actually use.
Session recap + next step summary
After every session, you'll have a clear note of what we covered and one simple thing to focus on before we next speak.
Between-session check-in support
Via WhatsApp or Messenger — so you're not on your own between calls when you need a nudge or a reality check.
